Specifically, bidders must demonstrate experience with (i) the similar work of Structural Repair and Rehabilitation/Retrofitting with Shotcreting work, evidenced by either (ii) Three Similar works of minimum Rs. 10,78,905/- or Two similar works each of Rs. 16,18,357/- or One work of value not less than Rs. 21,57,810/-, during the last seven years (iii) The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at simple rate of 7 per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bid. An undertaking that the firm is not debarred by any Govt. Office and an affidavit confirming that similar works haven't been executed through another Bidder on a back-to-back basis are also required. Enlisted CPWD contractors must upload ERP training certificates. Furthermore, bidders need to submit a certificate of average Annual Financial Turnover not less than Rs. 8,09,179/- and a Bankers certificate issued by any Commercial Bank of minimum Rs. 10,78,905/- or Net worth Certificate of Minimum Rs. 2,69,726/-.
