The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the "Upgradation/Special Repair work of Type-IV, V and VII Flats/Bungalows under 1/L Sub Division under L Division, CPWD, New Delhi dg. 2025-26 (SH: Renovation and repair of Kitchen, Toilets, Floors, Cupboards, Doors, Windows, Damaged sewer line and other Misc. Civil works in TG Lane." This NIT, referenced as NIT 23/EE/LD/2025-26 with Tender ID 123973, encompasses civil works primarily focused on buildings and carries an estimated cost of ₹ 1,93,76,770.
