The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the "Annual Repair & Maintenance of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Swimming Pool Complex, New Delhi during 2025-26 (SH:- Running and operation of Water Treatment Plant (Filtration Plant) for three Swimming Pools (Racing Pool, Diving Pool & Warmup Pool) and running and operation of water softening plant in Electrical Sub-Station Building located at Dr.SPMSPC, New Delhi)" as per NIT/RFP NO: 09/EE/SAI-DIVN/2025-26 (Re-call). The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 95,01,835 and the time allowed for completion is 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,90,037 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer, SMCD, CPWD, IGSC, New Delhi.
