The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for comprehensive maintenance through outsourcing, including day-to-day maintenance, ARMO work, special repairs (Civil, Electrical, and Horticulture), and the operation of E&M systems within the GPRA complex at Bapudam, North West Moti Bagh, and Moti Bagh-1, New Delhi. This composite work tender, reference number 07/EE(E)/DED-302/2025-26 1st recall, also includes the SITC of submersible pump sets and pump controllers. The estimated cost of the work is ₹1,46,013, and the time allowed for completion is 15 days.
