Deen Dayal Antyodaya Bhawan At Cgo Complex Lodhi Road New Delhi During 2025-26 (ii) Rmo Passenger Lift In B Block Pt Deen Dayal Antyodaya Bhawan Cgo Complex Lodhi Road New Delhi During 2025-26 (iii) Rmo Various E &m Services For Air Force In Block B Pt Deen Dayal Antyodaya Bhawan At Cgo Com Plex Lodhi Road New Delhi During 2025-26
The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the work described as: (i) Running Operation and Maintenance (RMO) of a 250 KVA AMF type DG Set for the Air Force in Block B, Pt. Deen Dayal Antyodaya Bhawan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi during 2025-26; (ii) RMO of a Passenger lift in B Block, Pt Deen Dayal Antyodaya Bhawan, CGO complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi during 2025-26; and (iii) RMO of various Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) services for the Air Force in Block B, Pt Deen Dayal Antyodaya Bhawan at CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi during 2025-26. This composite tender, NIT/RFP NO 60/EE(E)/DED-81/2025-26, is for electrical works with an estimated cost of ₹ 51,46,646 and a completion timeframe of 12 months. Bidders must submit a Percentage bid and provide an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,02,933 via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (E), ECD-III, CPWD, NEW DELHI.
