The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "Upgradation of C-I, C-II, AB and MS flats under 6L Sub Division at Tilak Lane, Tilak Marg, Purana Quila Road, Mathura Road, New Delhi dg 2025-26. SH- Renovation and repair at kitchen, toilets, floors, cupboard, doors, windows damage of sewer line adn other misc civil work". This composite civil works project, under NIT/RFP NO 20/EE/LD/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹ 1,93,97,651 with a time allowance of 4 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,87,953 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer, L-Division, CPWD, New Delhi, via DD, FDR, BC, or BG.
