The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of High Court Judges Bungalows under 4/I Sub-Division within the jurisdiction of I - Division during 2025-26. This composite civil works project, NIT/RFP NO 76/EE/I-DIV/SUB-DIV-4-I/2025-26 encompasses cupboard work in Bungalows No. B6 & B-8 Zakir Hussain Marg, paver block work in Bungalow No. AB-10 Purana Quila Road, repair work in modular kitchens in Bungalows No. 12 Ashoka Road, and other miscellaneous works in DHC bungalows. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 24,67,406 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 49,348 payable via online payment or Bank Guarantee in favor of Delhi - CE(NDZ)-I - EE-I-Div - AE(C)-4. The tender document can be downloaded starting August 7th, 2025, at 04:35 PM and must be submitted by August 12th, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on August 12th, 2025, at 11:30 AM.
