Work Description - Maintenance Services To The Randd Estates At Sector-28d And 29a And Emu (randd) Office And Randd Estates At Sector-24d, 38b And 42a At Chandigarh And Ramgarh Through Conservancy And Area Cleaning Services.

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) invites open tenders for the provision of comprehensive maintenance services to its RandD Estates, including conservancy and area cleaning services, at Sector-28D, 29A, and the EMU (RandD) office, as well as the RandD Estates at Sector-24D, 38B, and 42A in Chandigarh and Ramgarh. This tender, reference number CCE(EN)/CHD/CS- 03/CHD RMG/25-26/7303, is for works valued at ₹1,21,67,048. The contract period is 365 days. A percentage-based Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2.0%, amounting to ₹2,43,341, is required, payable to CCE R N D Estates North Chandigarh, with exemptions allowed through BG/ST or valid exemption certificates.
