The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for comprehensive maintenance, including day-to-day upkeep, annual repairs, special repairs, and material supply for civil works at GPRA Quarters in Sector-7 A, B & C (including staircases, garages, pump house, guest house, offices of EE-Chandigarh-1 & 2, DD(Hort.), Coordination office, CCESD-I, and Enquiry Office under Service Centre No. 601, Sector-7B, Chandigarh) during 2025-26. This is an open tender (NIT/RFP NO 54/EE/CHD-I/2025-26) for civil and composite works, with an estimated cost of INR 26,24,495. The EMD required is INR 52,490, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, or BC, in favor of the Executive Engineer, Chandigarh Central Division-I, CPWD, Chandigarh.
