Work Description - Comprehensive Maintenance Including Day To Day Maintenance, Annual Repair, Special Repair And Supply Of Materials For Civil & Electrical Works To Various Residential Colonies Located At Sectors- 23, 24, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 43, Bunglow No. 710 At Sector-8 & Guest House At Sector-38 B At Chandigarh I/c Enquiry Offices (sc-605 (civil) & Sc-1560 (elect.), Cpwd, Chandigarh And Horticulture Works At Sector-38 & 39, Chandigarh During 2025-26.
The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for comprehensive maintenance, including day-to-day maintenance, annual repairs, special repairs, and supply of materials for Civil & Electrical works to various Residential Colonies located at Sectors- 23, 24, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 43, Bunglow No. 710 at Sector-8 & Guest House at Sector-38 B at Chandigarh i/c Enquiry Offices (SC-605 (Civil) & SC-1560 (Elect.), CPWD, Chandigarh and Horticulture works at Sector-38 & 39, Chandigarh during 2025-26. NIT/RFP NO is 08/SE(CHD)/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 3,14,77,751 with a time allowance of 365 days. Bidders must submit an EMD of ₹ 6,29,555 via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer, Chandigarh Central Division- I, CPWD, Chandigarh.
