The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for comprehensive maintenance, including day-to-day upkeep, annual and special repairs, and the supply of materials for Civil and Electrical works at the GPRA Colony and Residential Quarters of SIB in Sector-46 A & B, Chandigarh (SC-603 (Civil) & SC-1159 (Elect.) for the fiscal year 2025-26. This project, NIT/RFP NO 05/SE(CHD)/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹2,45,40,173, with a time allowance of 365 days for completion. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹4,90,803 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, or BC, in favor of the Executive Engineer, Chandigarh Central Division-I, CPWD, Chandigarh. Interested bidders must submit mandatory documents, including copies of EMD, receipt for deposition of original EMD, CPWD enlistment order, EPFO/ESIC/BOCW/PF numbers and/or proof of application, GST registration certificate/undertaking, electrical contractor license/undertaking, ERP training certificate, and any other document as specified in the NIT.
