The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the composite work encompassing Routine Maintenance and Operation (RMO) of various electrical systems and services across multiple buildings in Chandigarh. This includes (i) RMO of Sub-Station, DG Set, EI & Fans, Passenger Lift, Wetriser, Sprinkler System and Water Supply Pumps at CFSL Building, Sector 36A, Chandigarh; (ii) Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Services at CAT Building, Sector 17, Chandigarh; (iii) RMO Sub-Station, Wetriser System, Sprinkler System, Water Supply System, Water Supply Pumps, DG Set, Lifts, AC Unit, AFA & PA System at AG (Pb) A&E Building, Sector 17, Chandigarh; and (iv) RMO Sub-Station, Wetriser System, Sprinkler System, Water Supply System, Water Supply Pumps, DG Set, Lifts, AC Units, AFA & PA System at AG (Pb) Audit Building, Sector 17, Chandigarh, along with Providing Services of Data Entry Operator and Multi Task Worker (MTW) for Division Office.
