Work Description - Rmo Dg Set, Automatic Fire Alarm System, Lifts And Sub-station Equipment, Fire Fighting System Installed At Census Building, Sector 19, Chandigarh (sh: Operation & Maintenance Of E&m Services)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the "RMO DG Set, Automatic Fire Alarm System, Lifts and Sub-Station equipment, Fire Fighting System installed at Census Building, Sector 19, Chandigarh (SH: Operation & Maintenance of E&M Services)" as per NIT No. 43/2025-26/CCED/Chandigarh/Div/3rd Call. The estimated cost of the composite work is ₹ 29,66,158 with a time allowance of 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 59,323 is required, payable in favor of Executive Engineer (E), CCED, CPWD, Chandigarh via DD, FDR, BC, or BG. Tender documents can be downloaded from 18-Aug-2025 (01:04 PM) to 26-Aug-2025 (03:00 PM), and bids must be submitted by 26-Aug-2025 (03:00 PM). Bids will be opened on 26-Aug-2025 at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents including copy and receipt of EMD deposition, GST registration certificate, Enlistment order of CPWD contractor, ESIC & EPFO registration copies, Electrical contractor license/undertaking and any other document as specified in the NIT are essential for bid submission.
