The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the work of RMO EI and fans, HT sub-station, VRV System, DG Sets, Lift, CCTV, Solar PV Generation system, Solar heating system, Mechanical ventilation sysem, Fire Alarm, Fire fighting system including drinking water supply pump and dewatering pumps at newly constructed T- IV/28 Nos. and T-VI/14 Nos. Qtrs., Sector 38B. Chandigarh. Sub Head - Comprehensive Maintenance of 4 Nos. Johnson make lifts. This electrical works project, with NIT/RFP NO 37/2025-26/CCED/CHD/SD-II/2nd Call is estimated to cost ₹ 3,54,000 (Three Lakh Fifty Four Thousand Rupees). The tender is open to NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR. Interested parties must submit bids by 3:30 PM on August 1, 2025. The bid opening will occur at 4:00 PM on the same day. A mandatory EMD of ₹ 7,080 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (E),CCED, CPWD, Chandigarh.The time allowed for completing the work is 12 months.
