Indian Institute of Technology Patna, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the Supply of a Precision Source Meter for the Department of Physics. Refer to Tender Reference Number IITP/RnD/1070/MTF01/2025-26/57. The tender documents, including detailed technical specifications and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), are available for download from 04-Aug-2025 05:00 PM until 25-Aug-2025 04:00 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹32,000 is required, payable to the Registrar, IIT Patna through SBI Collect. EMD exemption is allowed for eligible bidders. Bids must be submitted online between 04-Aug-2025 05:00 PM and 25-Aug-2025 04:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 26-Aug-2025 04:00 PM at IIT Patna. The contract is for supply only, and a two-cover system will be used: Cover 1 requires scanned copies of bank details, manufacturer authorization/dealership certificate, GST/PAN certificate, tender acceptance letter, EMD submission proof or exemption certificate, detailed technical specifications, and a self-certificate for local content requirement; Cover 2 contains the price breakdown and post-warranty AMC charges, along with the BOQ.
