The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for comprehensive integrated consultancy services related to the preparation of detailed architectural and structural drawings, including service drawings for internal & external water supply, sanitary installation, sewerage, drainage, other E&M services, internal and external electrical installation, firefighting, interior designing, furnishing, external development works, surrounding roads/paths, entrances, gates, parking, surrounding landscaping etc. The project encompasses the construction of an administration block, officer/training block (G+1), a 128-men barrack (G+2), Type-II/24 nos (S+3)-1 block, Type-III/08 nos (S+1)- 1 block, Type-IV/06 nos (S+3) 1 block & Tupe-V/02 nos Duplex-02 nos quarters, including development work at the 12th Bn Hqrs Kishanganj (Bihar) under Frontier Siliguri. Tender documents can be downloaded from 21-Aug-2025 to 28-Aug-2025 until 04:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 25/08/2025 at 11:30 AM at O/O SE, Bhagalpur, CPWD, Bhagalpur, with queries accepted via email until 25/08/2025 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted by 28-Aug-2025, 04:00 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000 is required, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, Bhagalpur Project Division-I, CPWD, Bhagalpur. Key mandatory documents, including experience details (Annexure A & B), affidavit for similar work experience (Annexure C), Council of Architecture registration, PAN card, GST registration (or undertaking), Letter of Transmittal (Annexure D), debarment affidavit (Annexure E), BIM professionals undertaking, and any other documents as per NIT, must be submitted.
