The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Construction of 04 four nos School Building at Central University of South Bihar Gaya on Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Basis." This composite work, with NIT/RFP NO 02-R1/NIT/SE&PD/BGPC/2024-25, encompasses the construction of the School of Law and Governance (G+2 with provision for one additional floor), School of Business Studies and Management (G+1 with provision for two additional floors), Health Science (G+1 with provision for two additional floors), and School of Physical and Chemical Science (G+2 with provision for one additional floor). The scope includes lifts, internal and external water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, stormwater drain, roads and paths, parking, internal electrical installations, street lighting, firefighting systems, fire alarms, UPS substation, LAN, and active/passive solar panels/photovoltaic cells, all on an EPC basis. The estimated cost is ₹ 1,15,73,02,727 (One Hundred Fifteen Crore Seventy Three Lakh Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Seven Rupees), with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,25,73,027.
