The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 60,99,228, with a time allowed of 6 months for completion. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,21,985 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or TC in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, PATNA CENTRAL DIVISION, CPWD, PATNA. Interested bidders must submit mandatory documents including the Contractor's Enlistment Order, ERP Training Certificate issued by CPWD, GST registration Certificate, Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/Account Payee Bankers Cheque/FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD, and Receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD.
