The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for Comprehensive Integrated Consultancy Services for the construction of permanent infrastructure at Bn. Hqrs SSB Jaynagar, Bihar under Frontier Patna. This encompasses the preparation of detailed architectural and structural drawings, including services drawings for internal and external water supply, sanitary installation, sewerage, drainage, other E&M services, internal and external electrical installation, firefighting, interior designing, furnishing, external development works, surrounding roads/paths, entrances, gates, parking, surrounding landscaping etc., for various buildings including a 128-men barrack, T-II quarters (48 Nos. G+3), T-III quarters (24 Nos. G+3), T-IV quarters (06 Nos, G+2), and T-V duplex quarters, along with boundary wall construction and development of bulk services. The NIT/RFP number is 01/EOI/SE/CPWD/Muz/2025-26. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 50,000 is required, payable to Executive Engineer, MCD, CPWD, Muzaffarpur, via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG.
