The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the Construction of Non-residential buildings (Administrative Block, Quarter Guard, MI Room (10 Bed), 120 Men Barrack (1 No.) & GOs Mess with 07 suits) including development work of (Civil & Electrical Works) at BSF, Kishanganj/Chopra (Halamala), Bihar, under NIT No. 19/05/NIT/CE/SILIGURI/CPWD/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 31,34,83,447 and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹ 41,34,834, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, Siliguri Central Division, C.P.W.D., Siliguri through DD, FDR, CDR, or BG. The time allowed for completion of the work is 24 months. Interested bidders can download tender documents from 18-Jul-2025 02:39 PM to 01-Aug-2025 03:00 PM.
