The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for electrical works, specifically for the "MOEI and fans i/c RMO Lift and water supply pump sets in Residential accommodation for Income Tax at Khajpura Phase-I & II, Patna. SH:-I - Operation and maintenance through outsourcing. SH:- II- Routine maintenance of 1 no. 30 KVA DG Set in residential and office building at Khajpura Phase-II, Patna." This composite tender, identified by NIT/RFP NO 06/NIT/EE(E)Patna/CPWD/2025-26, has an estimated cost of ₹ 17,67,690 and a completion timeframe of 12 months. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically between April 29, 2025, and May 6, 2025, at 02:30 PM.
