The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE Narangi, invites open tenders for the "PROVN OF COVERED PATHWAY AT OLD LOC OF 2 COY FCSR 30 X FLOOD LIGHT IN PARKS MAINT BY 17 CZW PH-II B AND HIGH MAST LIGHTS IN SOLAR PLANT ALONGWITH SECURITY LIGHT POLES IN STP UNDER GE NARANGI" at Guwahati. This is a works contract with an estimated tender value of ₹45,30,000. The tender documents can be downloaded from 14-Aug-2025 05:00 PM to 03-Sep-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 27-Aug-2025 12:00 PM and 03-Sep-2025 06:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for 05-Sep-2025 09:00 AM. A tender fee of ₹500 is applicable, payable to GE Narangi via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft at Guwahati. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,600, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable to GE Narangi at Guwahati. EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST. The contract is an Item Rate contract and the Period of Work is 180 days with a Bid Validity of 60 days. Interested bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents including the DD of Rs. 500, enlistment letter in MES, Employees Provident Fund code number and ESI, GST/Service Tax Registration Certificate, documents as specified in NIT (for un-enlisted contractor), residual work in hand, Tender Documents, and Bill of Quantities.
