The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of one Boys Hostel (192 capacity, G+4) and one Girls Hostel (100 capacity, G+4) including internal water supply, sanitary installation, and internal electrical and mechanical services at the Energy Centre, RGIPT, Sivsagar, Assam. This tender, referenced as 11/EE/AE/JSD/2025-26, also encompasses engaging a Chowkider for the office of the AE, JSD, CPWD, Jorhat, considered a subwork/package within this project. The estimated cost is ₹ 5,06,000 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 10,120 payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, Dibrugarh Division, CPWD, Dibrugarh, through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
