The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE TENGA, invites open tenders for the repair/replacement of the water filtration plant, control valves, PS tank, staging, filter media and connected items at Phase -II (Chindit Top, Tenga Ledge, GOC Camp Area) of E/M under GE TENGA. This is an item rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹46,13,000. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹92,260, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable to GE TENGA and should be submitted through BG/ST or EMD exemption is allowed. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GE TENGA. The tender documents can be downloaded from 19-Sep-2025 02:00 PM to 03-Oct-2025 09:00 AM. Bids must be submitted online between 26-Sep-2025 09:00 AM and 03-Oct-2025 09:00 AM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 04-Oct-2025 09:00 AM at GE TENGA. Interested contractors must submit scanned copies of the application letter, DD, GST registration details, EPF code details, MES enlistment letter (or specified documents for unenlisted contractors), and the BOQ in two separate covers as detailed in the tender documents, which includes a Notice Inviting Tender(NIT) document and work item documents.
