E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, through CWE (P) (Navy) Visakhapatnam, invites limited tenders for detailed engineering consultancy services. This project encompasses the preparation of architectural drawings, structural drawings, and estimates for the provision of a deficient Sailors Institute at INS Vishwakarma, Visakhapatnam. The estimated tender value is ₹4,10,000, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹8,200, representing 2.0% of the tender value, and a non-refundable tender fee of ₹300. Both the EMD and Tender Fee are payable to GE (P) No. 2 (Navy) Visakhapatnam, payable at Visakhapatnam. Key dates include a document download start date of July 25, 2025, and end date of August 15, 2025, with bid submission commencing on August 8, 2025, and concluding on August 15, 2025. The bid opening is scheduled for August 18, 2025. The period of work is 75 days and the bid validity is 60 days.
