The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services invites open tenders for comprehensive repair works at Krishnapatnam location. This project, referenced as GE(I)CG/VIZ/TOKEN 56 OF 2025-26, encompasses repairs to roof treatment, flooring tiling, joinery, plastering work, structural repair to RCC roof, column, beams, chajja, parapet walls and other miscellaneous repairs in buildings up to the 7th storey, as well as petty repairs and day to day maintenance. The estimated tender value is ₹32,40,000 with a period of work set at 270 days. Interested bidders must submit their bids by 6:00 PM on 14-Oct-2025 and will be opened on 16-Oct-2025 at 9:00 AM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹64,800 is required, payable to GE(I)(CG)VIZAG, and a tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. The tender envisages a two-cover system, with technical and financial bids submitted separately.
