The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF MISC E/M EQUIPMENT INCLUDING BUILDING SECURITY LIGHTS WITH FITTING/FIXTURES AND ALLIED WORKS OF E/M INCLUDING INDOOR LT PANELS, LIGHTNING PROTECTION ,DISTRIBUTION BOARD ,FLOOR PANELS, INSULATION MATS , ACS," at VISAKHAPATNAM. This is an Item Rate contract with a tender value of ₹45,00,000 and a work completion period of 270 days. Interested bidders can download the tender documents from 30-Jul-2025 06:00 PM to 20-Aug-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted by 20-Aug-2025 06:00 PM and will be opened on 27-Aug-2025 10:00 AM at the office of the Garrison Engineer (Naval Base). A tender fee of ₹500 is applicable, payable offline to Garrison Engineer Naval Base in Visakhapatnam through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, calculated as 2.0% of the tender value, and is payable to the same authority, with exemptions allowed under specified conditions.
