This composite work, estimated at ₹ 40,84,267, encompasses extensive civil works including internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, IEI & Fans, fire fighting with wet riser system, automatic fire alarm system, mechanical ventilation, lifts, UPS back up, AV system, PA system, VRV & VRF AC system, CCTV, LAN, substation equipments, DG sets, roof top solar power generation system, street lights, and development works such as external water supply connection, UG sump, internal roads, borewell with pump sets, rain water harvesting, and horticulture operations, as well as external development works like external drainage, external water supply lines, internal cc roads and other miscellaneous works.
