The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of an administrative building (Cellar G+4) at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Srikakulam, Etcherla, Andhra Pradesh. This composite project, identified by NIT/RFP NO 35/2025-26/EE/Visakhapatnam, encompasses a comprehensive scope of work, including internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage and development, IEI and Fans, street and compound lighting, lifts, an addressable fire alarm and PA system, a fire fighting system, a LAN system with switches, a UPS system, a solar plant, a VRF/VRV AC system, and audio-video conferencing facilities. Additionally, the work involves providing and fixing name plates, the university emblem, Konark Chakra, the Vice Chancellor succession board, wall paneling in the Rectors' and Registrars' rooms, partition work with aluminum sections and decorative plywood, cabin fabrication, MS grills for the entrance door, construction of a boundary wall with grills around the administrative building, provision of two additional toilets, renovation of the Registrars' room in the Engineering College, and additional road work and rock leveling. The estimated cost of the project is ₹74,60,523, and the earnest money deposit (EMD) is ₹1,49,210, payable via DD or FDR in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, VISAKHKAPATNAM CENTRAL DIVISION, CPWD, VISAKHAPATNAM. Key dates include a document download end and bid submission closing date of September 22, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of September 22, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents for submission include the EMD scan copy, enlistment order, AP GST registration or GST undertaking, EMD receipt in form C, and a certificate secured through the LMS portal of ERP for attending the Train the Trainers Programme conducted by NCA, Ghaziabad, or an equivalent ERP Unit of CPWD training.
