The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of a Microbial Repository and Laboratory Facility Building for the National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) at Chittedu, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh. This composite work includes a comprehensive range of civil works, encompassing internal and external water supply, sanitary installations, drainage systems, internal and external electrification (IEI) and Fans, power wiring, firefighting systems, DG set, a manual fire alarm system, CCTV surveillance, LAN, WiFi, networking, AV systems, an underground sump, internal roads and footpaths, storm water drains, service trenches, and a septic tank. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 49,68,51,081, with a time allowance of 540 days for completion. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 59,68,511, payable to the Executive Engineer, TCD, CPWD, Tirupati, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission deadline of June 23, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of June 23, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents include a copy of PAN Card, certificate secured through LMS portal for attending Train the Trainers Programme, a declaration about site inspection (Form K), the Contractor's enlistment order, GST registration (or undertaking), original EMD receipt, scanned copy of EMD, and an undertaking on structural stability (Form F).
