The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of an Administrative building (Cellar plus G plus 4) including internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage and development works, electrical, fire safety and LAN systems for Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Srikakulam Etcherla, Andhra Pradesh. This project, under NIT No. 05/2025-26/EE/Visakhapatnam, involves balance work such as RCC works, masonry, finishing, flooring, steel, wood, sanitary, and waterproofing works as detailed in the schedule of quantities, including minor rectification. The estimated cost of the project is ₹10,11,639 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,233, payable via DD or FDR in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, VISAKHAPATNAM CENTRAL DIVISION, CPWD, VISAKHAPATNAM. The tender is a composite Percentage bid, with a time allowance of 20 days for completion.
