Work Description - Providing Inspection Vehicle 2 Nos For The O/o Executive Engineer & Assistant Engineer -1, Cpwd, Rajamahendravaram On Hire Basis For 6 Months.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the hiring of vehicles to provide two inspection vehicles for the Office of the Executive Engineer & Assistant Engineer -1, CPWD, Rajamahendravaram, for a period of six months. The estimated cost of the project is ₹4,22,569. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically by October 31, 2025, at 05:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 05:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹8,451 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer, Vijayawada Central Division, CPWD, Vijayawada via DD, FDR or BG. Bidders must download the tender documents and submit their bids through the e-procurement portal. Essential documents for submission include the EMD, contractor enlistment order, GST registration certificate, original EMD deposition receipt (Form-C), relevant experience certificates (with TDS certificates for Non-CPWD contractors/Specialized agencies), an affidavit on Rs.100/- Stamp Paper with undertaking as specified in Para 1.2.2 for Non-CPWD contractors/Specialized agencies, and a certificate secured through the LMS portal of ERP for attending a Train the Trainers Programme conducted by NCA, Ghaziabad, or any other special training arranged by the ERP Unit of CPWD, along with other eligibility documents as specified in the NIT.
