The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, acting through GE (I) Campbell Bay, invites open tenders for the "ADDN/ ALTN OF CONFERENCE HALL AND CERTAIN MISC WORK AT GE OFFICE (P-30 D1, A2 AND A1), SPECIAL REPAIRS TO JOINERIES OF OFFICE COMPLEX OF GE OFFICE UNDER GE (I) CAMPBELL BAY" a civil works project at Campbell Bay. The estimated tender value is ₹19,00,000 with a work period of 180 days. Interested bidders can download tender documents starting from 01-Sep-2025 at 11:45 AM until 22-Sep-2025 at 06:00 PM. Bid submissions are accepted from 15-Sep-2025 09:00 AM until 22-Sep-2025 06:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹500, payable to GE(I) CAMPBELL BAY via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹38,000, which is 2% of tender value, payable to GE(I) CAMPBELL BAY, is required, exemption is allowed through BG/ST or other means, as per the tender document. The bid opening date is scheduled for 24-Sep-2025 at 09:00 AM at GE(I) CAMPBELL BAY. Enlisted contractors must provide their enlistment letter with amendments, while unenlisted contractors need to provide necessary documents as per NIT.
