Work Description - Conducting Soil Investigation And Topographical Survey For Construction Of Residential Quarters Type-iii (4 Nos.) For Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau At South Point, Sri Vijaya Puram.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for conducting soil investigation and topographical survey for the construction of residential quarters Type-III (4 Nos.) for the Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau at South Point, Sri Vijaya Puram, under NIT/RFP NO 13/AE-2/ACD/CPWD/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹4,19,289 and the time allowed for completion is one month. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹8,386, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG, in favour of EE-Andaman - AE-C-1. Tender documents can be downloaded from 14-Jul-2025, 02:43 PM to 21-Jul-2025, 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online from 14-Jul-2025, 02:43 PM to 21-Jul-2025, 03:00 PM, and will be opened on 21-Jul-2025 at 03:30 PM. Interested bidders must provide mandatory documents including a copy of the EMD receipt, an Insurance Surety Bond/DD/Banker's Cheque/FDR/Bank Guarantee, valid enlistment order, Affidavit Form F, a notarized affidavit of non-blacklisting (Form J, dated no older than 14.07.2025), GST registration certificate, agency letterhead with valid email ID and mobile number, an undertaking for site inspection, valid EPF and ESI registration certificates, undertaking for engaging Associate Contractor/Specialized Agency, a work performance certificate for three similar works, and a performance certificate issued by an authorized signatory (not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent) of the client/owner.
