Work Description - Providing Assistants & Driver To The Office Of The Executive Engineer, Cpwd Office At Kendriya Sadan, Lamba Line, Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman During 2025-26.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for providing Assistants and Drivers to the Office of the Executive Engineer, CPWD Office at Kendriya Sadan, Lamba Line, Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman for the period of 2025-26, as per NIT/RFP NO 24/EE/ACD/CPWD/2025-26 - Recall 1. The estimated cost of the work is ₹26,96,196 with a time allowance of 12 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹53,924 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC or BG, in favor of EE-Andaman. Tender documents can be downloaded from September 10, 2025, with bid submission closing on September 17, 2025, at 3:00 PM, and bid opening scheduled for September 17, 2025, at 3:30 PM. Interested bidders must possess a valid Enlistment Order and provide experience certificates for similar works, which include provision of Assistants and Drivers to any Central/PSU/State Government Offices. Specifically, bidders should have completed three similar works each costing not less than ₹10,78,478 OR two similar works each costing not less than ₹16,17,718 OR one similar work costing not less than ₹21,56,957 in the last seven years. Documentation should include EMD deposit receipt, GST registration certificate, and a notarized affidavit of non-blacklisting.
