Work Description - Special Repairs To Administrative Building For Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau, South Point, Sri Vijaya Puram During 2025-26. Sh: Providing Galvalume Roof Sheet Covering At Portico, Concrete Surfacing Around The Administrative Building, Construction Of Damaged Retaining Wall Near Type-ii Quarters, Storm Water Drains At Sib, South Point, Sri Vijaya Puram.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the "Special Repairs to Administrative Building for Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau, South Point, Sri Vijaya Puram during 2025-26." This includes providing Galvalume roof sheet covering at the portico, concrete surfacing around the administrative building, construction of a damaged retaining wall near Type-II Quarters, and storm water drains at SIB, South Point, Sri Vijaya Puram. The estimated cost of the work is ₹11,27,696 and the time allowed for completion is 3 months. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹22,554 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of EE-Andaman. The bid submission start date is July 26, 2025, at 05:35 PM, and the closing date is August 04, 2025, at 03:00 PM. Bidders must submit mandatory documents including Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand draft, Fixed Deposit Receipts, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee (as prescribed) from any of the Commercial Bank drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, CPWD, Trivandrum against EMD, enlistment order, a notarized affidavit of non-blacklisting, GST registration certificate, agency letterhead with valid contact details, an undertaking for site inspection, valid EPF and ESI Registration Certificate and a copy of PAN card. All EMD documents such as FDR, Term Deposit Advance etc should be recorded in the soft copy itself so that the lien of Executive Engineer remains in the database of the bank/institution. Bidders must also submit a copy of the receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD.
