The Engineer-in-Chief (Civil), Roads-I, Odisha, representing EIC-CIVIL (a State Govt. and UT organization), extends an invitation for a National Competitive Bid (Tender ID: 2026_EICCL_130352_1, Reference: RFP ID No.CE-Roads-I-02/2026-27) for significant civil works.
