Located at 500032, Opposite Journalist Colony, Near Gowlidoddy, Extended Q City Road, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, NIAB is seeking bids for the comprehensive Upgradation of its Kitchen facilities. The scope of work, identified under Bid Number GEM/2026/B/8000162, encompasses a wide range of essential construction and renovation activities. These include civil fabrication, plumbing, and electrical works, with specific attention to detailed item categories such as brickwork, granite stone, ceramic glazed wall tiles, vitrified tiles, plastering, putty application, emulsion paint, and dismantling of existing tile work, doors, and steelwork. The project also involves demolition, installation of kitchen sinks (two units), CPVC pipes (25mm and 15mm), various bathroom fittings including bib cocks and angle valves, and extensive aluminium work utilizing prelaminated particle board and glass. Further, the tender covers the installation of aluminium fixtures, mortise latches, hydraulic door closers, tower bolts, aluminium handles, and LED lighting systems, along with miscellaneous excavation and RCC and steel works, and the application of enamel paint.
