The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), under the esteemed Ministry/Department of Central Govt., is pleased to announce an open tender for the comprehensive "Upgradation of Existing Infrastructure (Civil & Electrical) at ARCI, Balapur, Hyderabad." This significant project, with an estimated cost of ₹ 28,15,83,775, encompasses critical electrical works including the augmentation of 33 KVA and 11 KVA substations, and bus duct installations, alongside essential civil works such as earthwork, soil filling, and Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) construction with M-30 grade materials. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹ 38,15,838, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of "The Executive Engineer (E), HCED-I, CPWD, Hyderabad." Prospective bidders must ensure they upload all mandatory documents, including proof of EMD deposit, enlistment order, ERP Training Certificate, and Telangana GST registration or undertaking, along with the Treasury Challan or equivalent instrument. The bid submission period commences on 12th August 2026, 06:22 PM and concludes on 9th September 2026, 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 9th September 2026, 03:30 PM. The estimated duration for this project is 365 days, and the bid validity period is 30 days.
