The Public Works Department (PWD), Government of Jammu and Kashmir, through the Executive Engineer, RNB Electric Division Kashmir, invites sealed bids for the "Renovation and Upgradation of the Meeting Hall in DES, Bemina Srinagar". This is an open tender for electrical works with an estimated tender value of ₹41,76,730. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹83,535, payable to the Executive Engineer RNB Electric Division Kashmir, and must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee (BG)/Standby Trust (ST), or a Cash Deposit (CDR)/Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR). Bids can be submitted starting from September 1, 2026, 06:00 PM, up to September 19, 2026, 04:00 PM. Bid opening will take place on September 21, 2026, at 02:00 PM at the RNB Electric Division Kashmir Engineering Complex, Bemina Srinagar. The bid validity period is 120 days.
