The Inspector General of Police, SCRB, Kerala Police, headquartered at the State Crime Records Bureau, Police Headquarters, Thiruvananthapuram, hereby invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for the empanelment of creative and digital media agencies. This open tender, referencing KPET/10/2026/SCRB, seeks to establish a pool of qualified agencies to undertake the design and production of diverse creative artifacts. This includes, but is not limited to, films, radio commercials, infomercials, and comprehensive citizen-facing communication campaigns.
