Work Description - Notice Inviting Expression Of Interest (eoi) For Appointment Of Franchisees In Dakshina Kannada Business Area Comprising Of Udupi District, Dakshina Kannada District And Uttara Kannada Districts

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a Government of India Enterprise, through its Karnataka Telecom Circle, is inviting Expressions of Interest (EoI) for the appointment of franchisees. This tender seeks to appoint franchisees for the Dakshina Kannada Business Area, encompassing the Udupi District, Dakshina Kannada District, and Uttara Kannada Districts. The scope of work includes the sale of SIM cards, C TOPUP, and other BSNL products and services. BSNL is looking for franchisees for six specific territories within this business area: Kundapura, Udupi, Mangalore North, Sullia, Honnavar, and Yellapur. The tender process is an Open Tender with a single cover system. The tender documents will be available for download from August 17, 2026, 06:00 PM, and the last date for submission of bids is September 7, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on September 8, 2026, 06:00 PM. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,75,000 and a Tender Fee of ₹6,000 are required.
