The Executive Engineer, STD Sopore, invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the Construction of a 33/11 kV Electrical Yard at R/S Kandi Handwara. This comprehensive project, valued at ₹1,24,88,000, encompasses the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of essential electrical infrastructure, including Line Bays, a 33 kV Transformer Bay, a Power Transformer, 11 kV Indoor Switchgear, and associated common equipment and miscellaneous works. The tender is being issued as an Open Tender under a Turn-key Form of Contract, requiring bidders to submit their proposals in two covers. Cover 1 will include pre-qualification and technical documentation, such as scanned copies of Class A registration, PAN, ITR, GST returns, annual turnover proof, experience certificates with work orders and performance records, and all other documents as stipulated in the Special Bidding Document (SBD). Cover 2 will contain the financial bid, specifically the Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
