Work Description - Special Repair And Upgradation Of Olhs ( Shopping Complex Site ) At Narwana, U/e, Jind.

The Haryana Board Corporation, through its Division Hissar I, invites experienced contractors to participate in an open tender for the Special Repair and Upgradation of OLHS (Shopping Complex Site) at Narwana, U/E, Jind. This significant civil works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹2,66,54,480, encompasses a range of activities including the provision, laying, and compaction of 50mm thick DBM and 30mm thick BC with tack coat and primer, earth filling as per site requirements, and the installation of 100mm diameter DI pipes, 200mm diameter SW pipes with manholes and chambers, and 350mm RCC. The period of work is stipulated at 180 days. Bidders are required to submit two separate covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents and Cover 2 for Financial proposals. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,33,100 is mandatory, with exemptions permissible through BG/ST. The tender fee amounts to ₹3,000, comprising a processing fee of ₹1,000 and a tender fee of ₹2,000.
