The scope of work encompasses the complete lifecycle from installation to ongoing management of advertising assets throughout the Mela period, which spans 180 days. Prospective bidders are advised that this is a Lump-sum contract, requiring a two-cover bid submission process comprising Fee/PreQual/Technical (RFP) and Finance (BOQ) documents. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹4,50,000 is mandatory, payable to the Prayagraj Mela Pradhikaran in Prayagraj. A Tender Fee of ₹10,000 is also applicable.
