The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Meerut office (EE-Meerut), is inviting bids for the comprehensive construction of the Babugarh campus for the Indian Council of Agricultural Research - Central Institute for Research on Cattle (ICAR-CIRC) at Babugarh, Hapur, Uttar Pradesh.
