Work Description - Construction Of 400 Bedded Boys Hostel Building At Jipmer Campus, Puducherry (civil Work): Building Portion Including Internal Water Supply Lines, Sanitary Installations, Drainage Demolition Of Existing Quarters & Other Development Works. (electrical And Mechanical Installations): Package: C1: Providing Internal Ei, Package C2: Providing Fire Alarm System, Package C3: Providing Fire Fighting System, Package C4: Providing Cctv, Package C5: Providing 3 Nos. 13 Passenger Lift, C6: Providing 5000 Lpd Solar Water Heater, C7: Providing Networking (agreement No. 32/ee(puducherry)/cpwd/2023-24) Sub Head: Risk & Cost Under Clause 14 For Providing 1 No. 13 Passenger Lift.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), specifically the office of the Executive Engineer (Electrical) in Puducherry, invites sealed bids for the comprehensive construction and installation works for a 400-bedded Boys Hostel Building at JIPMER Campus, Puducherry. Furthermore, the project requires a multi-faceted electrical and mechanical installation package, detailed as follows: Package C1 for Internal EI, Package C2 for the Fire Alarm System, Package C3 for the Fire Fighting System, Package C4 for CCTV, Package C5 for the provision of three 13-passenger lifts, Package C6 for a 5000 LPD Solar Water Heater, and Package C7 for networking. This tender also addresses the Sub Head concerning Risk Cost under Clause 14 specifically for the provision of one 13-passenger lift. The estimated cost for this project is ₹15,47,330.
