The Engineer-in-Chief (PH), Odisha, Bhubaneswar, on behalf of the Public Health Engineering Organisation (PHEO), invites National Competitive Bids for the Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning of a Sewerage System, a 390 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), and a 50 KLD Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for the District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) in Nuapada, Odisha. This comprehensive project also includes a five (05) year Operation and Maintenance (O&M) period. The scope of work encompasses the laying of sewer lines, construction of inspection chambers, manhole chambers, and gully traps, along with the provision of ready-to-install, plug-and-play type ETP and STP units equipped with SCADA and automation facilities, and all associated works. The estimated tender value for this project is ₹6,24,00,000, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,24,000. Bidders are required to submit their bids in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents, including PAN, GSTIN, and affidavits as per DTCN, and Cover 2 for the Financial Bid (BOQ).
