Work Description - Construction Of Community Hall Cum Public Library At Hanu Gongma ( By Way Of Protection Wall) . (under Distt. Plan).

The Public Works Department, Government of Ladakh, through the Office of the Executive Engineer, R&B Division Khaltsi, is pleased to invite sealed bids from eligible contractors for the Construction of a Community Hall Cum Public Library at Hanu Gongma, including the necessary protection wall, as part of the District Plan. This is an open tender for Class D contractors, with an estimated tender value of ₹15,50,000 and a work completion period of 20 days. The tender requires a bid security of ₹31,000 (2.0% of the tender value), payable to the Executive Engineer R&B Division Khaltsi. A tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. The bid opening will take place on 16-Sep-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Executive Engineer R&B Division Khaltsi. All payments for tender fees and EMD are to be made offline.
