The Urban Development Department, through the Executive Officer of the Bilasipara Municipal Board, invites open tenders for the construction of a Clock Tower with a provision for the installation of a Mahatma Gandhi statue, including the construction of a structural base for the statue, under the Bilasipara Municipal Board. This project is funded by the 15th Finance Commission (2nd Installment of UBG) for the year 2022-23, to be executed during 2023-24. The estimated tender value is ₹45,85,000 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹91,700 and a tender fee of ₹2,000. The work is to be completed within 120 days.
